In some cases older construction created todays situations that need to be dealt with. An example is LEAD inside your home. Another is the previously unknown existence of RADON GAS in some homes.
Most recently the serious effects of MOLD in housing has come to the fore. These airborne particles proliferate in moisture such as water leaks in walls, constant condensation and moisture. This can be very damaging to your health. The symptoms such as breathing problems, fatigue and others can seem to be from other diseases. Not all mold is bad, we think, but play it safe and do something about it.
